Shipping & Handling Policy - Prices Are An ESTIMATE - Subject To Change

   Shipments within the continental United States are shipped via UPS Ground Service. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, Canada, and all foreign countries are shipped by US Postal Service Priority International and UPS. We are unable to estimate any cost of shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or any foreign country. Packages are precisely weighed after we process and pack your order. Shipping fees are determined entirely by UPS or USPS. All merchandise is fully insured. Please allow The Doll Market 7-10 business days to ship merchandise, then allow UPS 7-10 business days for delivery. A charge of $7.50 is applied for any special shipping instructions, ie., “leave on back porch”. A $10.00 handling fee is applied for all shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and all foreign countries. We offer express shipping & Handling for an additional fee. Please call for these rates. We can not remove merchandise from packaging to lessen weight. Our domestic shipping & handling chart is calculated per item, not by weight.Any additional shipping charges (eg. Wrong Ship To, Not avail. for Delivery, etc..) are the responsibility of the customer. We do not ship to the following countries: Greece, Indonesia, Mexico, Nigeria, Jordan, Pakistan or Saudi Arabia.

   Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, we are unable to notify customers when their order ships. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of the day your order is processed.  After the 7th day, UPS will send your tracking number by email at the time your order ships. Please log into your online account for order status.

   There is a minimum shipping & handling charge of $10.00. Shipping & Handling charges are added once the order is processed. Prices Are An ESTIMATE - Subject To Change. Any order that UPS has to make corrections to the shipping address will be charged and additional fee of $10.00
