Return Policy

No returns on Barbie/Mattel, sale or clearance items, or anything marked “special.”
No returns on layaways or special orders.
All sales on these items are final! All return claims, for any reason, must be called in within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returns of undamaged, non-sale/clearance merchandise will be issued a store credit for the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Store credit is good for 90 days, no exceptions. Damaged merchandise can be returned for an exchange of the same item only, no exceptions. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number given by The Doll Market will be refused.
For damaged merchandise (excluding damaged boxes) please do the following:
Keep merchandise in its original box with the original packing. Do not write on the boxes.
Email The Doll Market to report any damages at You must inform us about damaged merchandise immediately. We must have the claim within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not call UPS. We will file the damage claim for you.
For returns for any reason other than damage, please email Not all merchandise is returnable. You must have a return authorization number given by The Doll Market before sending anything back.
Due to the fragility of boxes, we cannot accept returns or make exchanges for damaged boxes.
The Doll Market will not accept returns on items that have been exposed to cigarette or any other type of smoke, mold/mildew, water, or is returned in any condition other than the original shipping condition.

The Doll Market is not responsible for manufacturer changes made to their products; pictures are prototypes provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
All dolls wearing dark colored clothing have the ability to stain over time.
The Doll Market is not responsible for staining underneath clothing.
