Equal monthly payments are required. Payments must be made through an automatic debit from your credit card. If you would rather mail your payments, 3 checks must be mailed together when your order is placed, one for the deposit and 2 post-dated checks for the payments. Your sales person will tell you what dates to write on your checks. The price of the doll on the date the layaway is started is the price the layaway will be billed at. Deposits on layaways are non-transferable. No exchanges, refunds, or changes. A 20% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled layaways, with the balance of any deposits paid being issued as a store credit, no exceptions. Layaways cannot be placed online. Special Orders & Pre-Orders

Items that are not in stock but can be ordered are available with a deposit of 1/3 of the total. The balance will be automatically charged to your credit card when the item arrives. As special ordered items arrive, shipping is charged as it would be for a separate order. Deposits on special orders or pre-orders are non-transferable. No exchanges, refunds, or changes.
