|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. You may contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
|How do I track my order?|

|Do you offer layaways?|
|Layaways are available for any order that totals over $100. You must place a layaway order over the phone. Please call 336-632-4600 for further assistance. We offer 3 months standard layaway and also extended layaway for more expensive items/orders. Each payment will be auto billed on either the 1st or 15th of each month. No cancellations on layaways.|
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer within 72 hours for assistance. You can email email@example.com or call 800-432-3655|
|My product is missing parts.|
|Please contact customer service if you believe any parts are missing. You must contact us within 7 days to report problems with your order. You may email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 800-432-3655|
|When will my special order items arrive?|
|Special order items are those which our suppliers have either not yet released or we do not have in-stock. We cannot guarantee manufacturer release/ ship dates. Our website requires that special order items be paid in full in order to reserve them for you. You may also purchase a special order item with a 1/3 deposit by calling and placing the order over the phone. The merchandise will ship as soon as we get it in. If you would like to place a special order over the phone, please call 336-632-4600.
Generally, many items are in-stock within 2-3 weeks unless backordered with manufacturer or have a future release date. Some items coming from overseas, including most ball jointed dolls can take 6-12 weeks.
There are no cancellations on special orders.
