21 inch vinyl fully articulated "Scarlett O'Hara The Portieres Dress" Cissy has green eyes, curly brown hair which has been pulled back to the sides. She dressed in a 1860's style, green velvet Basque coat is worn over an underskirt of pale green satin, belted at the waist with green and gold cording that is trimmed with gold tassels. Beneath Scarlett wears a bonded white petticoat that is trimmed with tulle and lace ,white taffeta bloomers tha tare trimmed with lace, nude pantyhose and green velvet pumps.
